How will I be notified about my order?

Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number.

 

How will I be notified when my product ships?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking information will be sent to you via email.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can log-in at any time to review your order. (To log in, simply click "log-in portal" at the bottom of the menu tab on mobile, or in the upper corner on desktops.)

 

What do I do when I have issues with my order?

If you have issues with your order or order tracking, please contact us with your order number at orders@thetriumphantbrand.com.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We exclusively ship to the USA.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items may take 3-10 business days to fulfill.

Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on your location via standard ground shipping by USPS.  All orders come with tracking information and you will receive an email once your order has shipped.
